- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in large bowl.
- Whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla in separate bowl. Fold into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon for swirl. Transfer to piping bag with small tip.
- Grease hot waffle iron. Pour ½ cup batter center, pipe cinnamon spiral atop. Cook 3-4 min until golden crisp. Repeat.
- Beat cream cheese smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla until pourable drizzle forms.
- Stack warm waffles, drizzle generously with cream cheese topping. Serve immediately.
