Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a long serrated knife, carefully slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a baking sheet or rectangular pan.
Layer the Fillings: Layer ham slices evenly over the bottom rolls, followed by salami, then pepperoni. Add provolone cheese slices, tearing or folding as needed for complete coverage. Scatter pepperoncini and hot cherry peppers evenly over the cheese. Place the top half of rolls over the fillings and press down gently.
Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Mix well. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the seasoned butter over the tops of the rolls, getting into all the nooks and crannies.
Bake: Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown. For extra color, remove foil during the last 5 minutes.
Serve: Remove from oven and let rest 2-3 minutes. Cut along perforations to separate into individual sliders. Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
